On November 19 2007, Yumiko Takeshima opened her first YUMIKO Dance & Fitness Wear Boutique in NEW YORK CITY.

The boutique concept offers a clean, well-lit, minimalist, and modern space for you to clearly view YUMIKO products and to inspire creativity when customizing your own special pieces. The boutique's futuristic and forward thinking design was designed by architect Oliver Breuninger of Rietmann.Breuninger Architekten from Dresden, Germany, working closely with founders Yumiko Takeshima and Mark Mahler.
